Homebodied, verb

An embodiment practice which affords access to our inner compass and internal world, therefore allowing us to return to and be more fully home with ourself.

Embodied consent is the vibrant expression of knowing our inner ‘yes, no & maybe’ and it comes from feeling grounded and awake to our inner world and safe enough to express it to the outer world outside us.
